KidZania Istanbul Rules

The admission fee includes access to all activity areas (Donut and Bodrum Mantı activities are not included in the admission fee). Food and beverage outlets, paid services, souvenir shops, and photo sales points are not included. Admission tickets are non-refundable.
Any medical conditions, disabilities, allergies or special needs that may affect a child’s experience must be reported to the Admissions and Exits Team upon entry. This information is required to ensure appropriate service.
Children under the age of 7 must always be accompanied by a family guardian.
Children aged 7 and above may visit KidZania independently with the permission of a family guardian, who must remain available and provide contact information during the visit.
Once admitted, children are not permitted to leave KidZania temporarily and re-enter.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside KidZania.
Weapons, air guns, explosives, sharp objects, hazardous materials or any items that may cause injury are prohibited. Such items may not be stored in KidZania lockers.
Pets are not permitted.
Skates, scooters, electric skateboards and other wheeled personal devices or accessories are not allowed.
Remote-controlled vehicles and unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are not permitted inside KidZania.
Adult visitors without children are not permitted to enter KidZania, except during special events such as KidZania for Youth Night.

KidZania is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited.
To locate members of your group, you may use the location feature available at the information kiosks in common areas. This feature displays the last scanned location of the group member’s wristband.
Please be kind and respectful to other visitors and KidZania employees. Doing so helps create a more enjoyable experience for everyone.
Lost property is stored at the Security Office where it may be claimed. Items not collected within 30 days will be disposed of or donated to charity.
Family guardians may not wait in line on behalf of children.
Only children may participate in activities. Family guardians may not enter activity areas unless otherwise specified. Participation requirements can be found on activity information boards or by consulting the supervisors.
Family guardians may watch their children through the designated viewing windows while activities are taking place.
Some establishments may have scheduled activities and may occasionally be closed. Please contact KidZania for details.
Certain activities may be unavailable due to maintenance, refurbishment or special events.
Children should not carry or use mobile phones or similar items that may interfere with activity participation. Visitors are encouraged to store such items securely. Lockers are available at the entrance.
Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. KidZania is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Each child receives 50 kidZos upon registration. Lost cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Children may earn or spend kidZos depending on the activity. Amounts earned or spent vary by activity.
KidZania reserves the right to deny admission or remove visitors without refund if their behavior poses a threat or negatively impacts the comfort or safety of others.
Certain activity areas may operate under different schedules or may be temporarily unavailable due to birthday parties, celebrations or private events.
KidZania Istanbul operating days and hours may vary.
Certain activities have age, height and weight restrictions for safety reasons. Please click here to access the activity age and height information chart.
Activities such as the Climbing Wall, Construction Site, and Secret Agent Training Center require safety harnesses. Therefore, short shorts, skirts and clothing unsuitable for harness use are not permitted. Bare feet, sandals, flip-flops and open-toe footwear are prohibited in these areas.
Photography and video recording for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes may not be conducted in activity areas without prior approval from KidZania management.
Photographs, videos and audio recordings taken within the facility may be used by KidZania Istanbul for promotional and communication purposes.
RFID wristbands are provided to both children and accompanying parents or guardians during admission. Therefore, a family guardian must be present with the child during registration.
Special rules apply to group visits and the use of group wristbands is mandatory.
During group visits, the group leader is responsible for the children.
Lost property is retained for 30 days and subsequently donated if unclaimed.
Family guardians should not queue in front of activity areas on behalf of children.
Family guardians accompanying child visitors are not permitted to enter activity areas.
KidZos payment and collection fees may vary depending on the activity area.
Some activity areas may have different operating hours or may be temporarily closed due to birthdays, parties or special events.

Age, height and weight restrictions apply in some activity areas for visitor safety.
Since the use of safety harnesses is mandatory in some activities (e.g., Climbing Wall, Construction Site, and Secret Agent Training Center), participation in activities wearing shorts, skirts, or tight clothing unsuitable for running is prohibited.
For safety reasons, entry to these areas is prohibited with bare feet, sandals, slippers or open shoes.
Photography and video recording for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes are prohibited in activity areas.
Photographs, videos, and audio recordings made within the area may be used by KidZania Istanbul for promotional and communication purposes.
Children under 7 years old can only enter KidZania Istanbul accompanied by a family guardian aged 18 or over.
Children under 7 years old cannot leave or temporarily exit KidZania Istanbul without the knowledge of a parent or authorized family guardian.
Parental contact information must be provided upon entry for children under 7 years old.
Family guardians can only enter KidZania Istanbul accompanied by a child aged 2-14. Entry for family guardians without children is prohibited.
At the KidZania Istanbul Airport entrance, both the child visitor and the accompanying family guardian will be fitted with an RFID wristband. Therefore, a family guardian must accompany the child upon entry.
The entrance fee includes access to all activities; food and beverages, retail products, souvenirs and photography services are not included in the entrance fee.
Bringing flammable, explosive, sharp/piercing tools, chemicals, all types of weapons (even licensed ones) and alcohol into KidZania Istanbul is prohibited. The use of cigarettes and tobacco products, including e-cigarettes is prohibited.
Drones (remote-controlled vehicles), roller skates, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards and similar wheeled vehicles are prohibited.
Bringing pets to KidZania Istanbul is prohibited.
Special rules apply to group visits, and the use of group wristbands is mandatory.

Visitors are expected to refrain from behaviors that negatively impact the experience of other visitors.
Lost items are kept for 30 days; after this period, they are donated.

KidZania Istanbul Youth Night Rules

The event is open to students who are at least 18 years old and have not yet reached the age of 25.
Participants must maintain an active student status.
Both age and student eligibility requirements must be met in order to participate.
Student and age requirements may be waived for specially invited guests attending under the corporate guest quota. This exemption applies only to invitations issued directly by KidZania.
Participants may be asked to present identification, a student card, or an official student certificate (e-Devlet document) at the entrance for verification of age and student status.
Entry may be denied if verification cannot be completed or if the participant is found not to meet the eligibility requirements.
Tickets may only be transferred to individuals who meet the participation requirements. The recipient must also satisfy the age and student criteria.
Individuals who do not meet the participation requirements may not enter the event, even with a transferred ticket.
Photographs and videos may be taken throughout the event to capture its atmosphere and activities. Participants may appear in such recordings. The processing of personal data is governed by the relevant Privacy Notice in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, electronic cigarettes, and similar tobacco products are prohibited within the event area.
Security screenings may be conducted in compliance with applicable laws. Security personnel may inspect bags when necessary.
Participants are expected to refrain from behavior that may disturb other attendees, employees, or the event environment.
Physical or verbal harassment, threats, fighting, or similar conduct may result in immediate removal from the event.
Participants must not intentionally damage KidZania equipment, decorations, facilities, assets, or branded areas.
The event organizers reserve the right to ask participants to leave the venue if their conduct adversely affects event order or safety.
