KidZania is the Country of Children, spread over an area of 10,000 m², where children between the ages of 1-14 experience more than 120 professions that will improve both their motor skills and physical and social skills in 67 fun activities, get the freedom to choose, use their creativity, play, and produce. KidZania is a place where children have "fun moments and happy memories"! Children step into the adult world, put on a real uniform and go to work. It is recommended that children wear clothes in which they can move freely. It is important not to wear sandals and skirts to ensure safe activities such as the Construction Site, Secret Agent Center, and Climbing Wall.

At the entrances from KidZania Istanbul Airport, RFID wristbands are attached to both the child visitor and the accompanying adult. Therefore, an adult must accompany the child at the entrance.

After the entrance, children over the age of 7 can spend time at KidZania as they wish without their parents. However, for the safety of children, those under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult.

Parents can, if they wish, take time for themselves with peace of mind by entrusting their children between the ages of 5-14 to the experienced KidZitters at KidZania.

When the children whose parents do not accompany them at KidZania exit, they are delivered safely to the parents matching their wristbands.

The safety of our children and you is our top priority. With this awareness, many safety measures have been implemented in our city. The entire city is continuously monitored by more than 300 security cameras. We have a total of 21 emergency exits, 14 of which are within the city. Additionally, we have Supervisors trained in first aid and an infirmary in our city. In terms of fire precautions, our city is equipped with more than 400 smoke detectors and fire sprinklers. Over 40 fire extinguishers and hoses, which are regularly maintained, are also ready to ensure our safety. Our inspections are conducted not only by an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist but also periodically by an Independent Fire Consultant. Children under the age of 7 can enter with an adult as they may be illiterate and may need help with their needs such as toilets. However, all children aged 7 and over who can meet their own needs can spend their time freely at KidZania without the need for an adult.

Adults entering Kidzania are required to pay.

Adults can participate in Auto Repair Shop, Construction Site (Sheathing Specialist), Creative Parent Workshop, Culinary School, Disco, Donut Academy, Earthquake Simulation Center, Jewellery, Museum of Archaeology, Perfume Shop, Photo Lab, Recycling and Waste Center, Regional Food, Stadium, University activities with their children.

Children over the age of 7 wander freely in KidZania and make their own decisions. During this process, Zupervizors accompany the children only in the activity areas. Candidates whose previous work experiences and educational information are examined are invited to an interview. Unlike a classical interview, candidates' role-playing skills and their willingness and competence to work with children are evaluated in the recruitment process. In addition to an acting training specially designed for KidZania Istanbul, the candidates who are offered a job after the necessary reference research learn about KidZania by experiencing it in line with the content prepared by KidZania University, the International KidZania education unit in Mexico. During this process, some tasks are assigned and examined by the Human Resources and Operations management. In addition to all these, as a result of the positive evaluations and observations made at the end of this training, they start on-the-job training in KidZania.

KidZania has more than 120 activities in 67 activity areas for children to participate in. Children can freely choose the one they wish among activities suitable for their age and height, and spend hours of fun.

Only Bodrum Mantı activity participation fee is TRY 35, and no payment is made for entry to any activity other than these areas. You can shop with Turkish Lira at food and beverage stores and at the National Store, where KidZania-specific products are sold.

All KidZania's in the world were designed by Mexico on the principle of accessibility. Activities that do not require intense physical activity can be enjoyed by all our visitors. In addition, KidZania also has wheelchairs that can be given to guests for use in the city when needed.

KidZania has parts such as Bodrum Mantı, Suadiye Marmaris, Pizza Shop, and family resting area where you can eat. If you wish, you can enter and exit during the day for a short time and by notifying the authorized persons. When exiting, your wristbands must be left at the Airport counter. You can get your wristbands back from the same area while entering again.

Our activities last between 15-20 minutes. Children may have to wait in queue for high-demand activities. At KidZania, the country of children, providing equal rights to all children and defensing their rights are very important to us. They may be closed for a short time during technical maintenance, renovation, and cleaning. In addition, as there are external duties given to children in our police, earthquake, and archeology activities, our activities are closed at these moments.

In the city of KidZania, we also have some decorative areas that are considered activities. These are not indoor activity areas.

Children spend an average of 5 and a half hours at KidZania. During this time, parents with red wristbands who leave their children to KidZania and will not enter can spend time in Akasya Shopping Mall. Half an hour before closing time, all our guests can enter the area.

For health and hygiene reasons, smoking is not allowed in KidZania, the Country of Children.

Since KidZania is an area within Akasya Shopping Mall, our visitors coming with their vehicles can use the parking lot of the shopping mall. In order to benefit from free parking all day, our visitors must have their parking tickets read by KidZania Information Desk when exiting from KidZania.

RFID wristbands are attached to both the child visitor and the accompanying adult at the entrances. These wristbands can only be removed by Kidzania employees with the permission of parents. No child can exit with another adult, since the bracelets would not match.

Activities in KidZania are surrounded by glass. In the activities that must be closed to reflect the reality, all areas are watched live by the camera at the activity door. The entire KidZania Istanbul team is trained for possible emergencies. Guides are available at strategic locations in the area, including entrances and exits. In addition, there is an infirmary and a doctor for possible emergency situations.

KidZania founder Xavier Lopez Ancona thinks that it is not possible in all world cultures for children to go out safely and freely “in the evening” and wants to give children the experience of going out “at the evening” at KidZania. Wristbands are used for security purposes.

RFID wristbands are attached to both the child visitor and the accompanying adult at the entrances from KidZania Istanbul Airport. Each RFID wristband is uniquely identified to the system for its user.

They cannot be transferred to other visitors and cannot be removed from the wrist for security reasons. Wristbands are only removed by KidZania employees, with the permission of the parents, during check-out.

Parents can find out which is the last activity their children participated, by scanning their wristbands from certain points in the city.

Kids who want to exit are safely handed over to their parents matching their wristbands.
