Youth Night Terms and Conditions

1. Who Can Attend?

• Students who have reached the age of 18 and have not completed the age of 25 can attend the Youth Night event.
• Active student status is required to participate in the event.
• Participants must meet the event entry criteria in terms of both age and active student status.
• Student status and age requirements may not apply to special guests invited within the scope of corporate invitation quotas. This exemption applies only to official invitations sent by KidZania.

2. Which Documents Are Accepted at the Entrance?

At the event entrance, one of the following documents may be requested from participants to verify age and student status:

• TR Identity Card 
• Student ID card
• E-Devlet student certificate
• Current student certificate issued by a university or school

3. Verification Process

• KidZania reserves the right to request identity and student document presentation at the entrance to verify the participant's age and student status.
• If the required verification cannot be completed or if it is determined that the participant does not meet the participation criteria, entry to the event area may be denied.

4. Ticket Transfer

• Tickets can only be transferred to individuals who meet the participation requirements.
• The recipient of the transferred ticket must also meet the age and student status criteria.
• Individuals who do not meet the entry requirements will not be admitted to the event with transferred tickets.

5. Photography and Video Recording

• Photo and video recordings may be taken during the event to reflect the overall atmosphere and activities. Participants images may appear in these recordings, and information regarding the processing of personal data is provided under the relevant KVKK / Privacy Notice.
• Participants may be recorded during event photography and filming activities.
• Information regarding photo/video recordings and the processing of personal data is governed by the applicable information notice.

6. Event Venue Rules

The following rules apply to ensure safety and quality of experience for all participants:

• Smoking, electronic cigarettes, and similar tobacco products are strictly prohibited in the event area.
• Bringing alcoholic beverages into the event venue from outside is prohibited.
• Security checks may be performed in accordance with applicable legislation to ensure venue order and security. Security personnel may inspect bags when deemed necessary.
• Behavior that disturbs or endangers other participants, staff, or the event order will not be tolerated.
• Physical or verbal harassment, threats, fighting, or similar disruptive conduct are grounds for immediate ejection from the event.
• Intentional damage to KidZania equipment, props, fixtures, facilities, or branded areas is strictly prohibited.
• The organizing team reserves the right to request any participant to leave the event premises in situations that adversely affect venue order or safety.
