As is the case with all great stories, KidZania story begins with passion and an unwavering desire to create something better in society.
Once upon a time, all the children of the world were thinking about how adults lived life and how they used the world's resources. Unlike the generations before them, they were very interested in world problems. They were interested in issues such as the environment, global warming, and social equality. Children began to worry about the world they would inherit.
While this was happening, a new spirit emerged. Children came together to do better, ignoring race, religion, and cultural differences. There was a desire for a well-functioning, ideal world. This was going to be a place the kids wanted to be in. A place without borders, full of opportunities… A place where children could make their own decisions…
Finally, a new country with its own history, national identity, economy, and culture was established. They called this country KidZania, which means an extraordinary children's land. As the time went by, the borders of this country, which was founded with the principle of “learning while having fun is the right of every child”, spread to 20 countries all over the world.
During the creation of this new world, children realized that it was necessary to document their ideas and desire for independence, and they started with identifying six basic rights: The Right to Be, Right to Learn, Right to Create, Right to Share, Right to Care, and Right to Play.
These rights are not just words at KidZania, but they are the cornerstones of preparing for the real world and achieving happiness. Every single right is protected by KidZania's rights keepers..
