• Family guardians should not queue in front of activity areas on behalf of children.
• Family guardians accompanying child visitors are not permitted to enter activity areas.
• KidZos payment and collection fees may vary depending on the activity area.
• Some activity areas may have different operating hours or may be temporarily closed due to birthdays, parties, or special events.
• KidZania Istanbul's operating hours are subject to change.
• Age, height, and weight restrictions apply in some activity areas for visitor safety.
• Since the use of safety harnesses is mandatory in some activities (e.g., Climbing Wall, Construction Site, and Secret Agent Training Center), participation in activities wearing shorts, skirts, or tight clothing unsuitable for running is prohibited.
• For safety reasons, entry to these areas is prohibited with bare feet, sandals, slippers, or open shoes.
• Photography and video recording for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes are prohibited in activity areas.
• Photographs, videos, and audio recordings made within the area may be used by KidZania Istanbul for promotional and communication purposes.
• Children under 7 years old can only enter KidZania Istanbul accompanied by a family guardian aged 18 or over.
• Children under 7 years old cannot leave or temporarily exit KidZania Istanbul without the knowledge of a parent or authorized family guardian.
• Parental contact information must be provided upon entry for children under 7 years old.
• Family guardians can only enter KidZania Istanbul accompanied by a child aged 2-14. Entry for family guardians without children is prohibited.
• At the KidZania Istanbul Airport entrance, both the child visitor and the accompanying family guardian will be fitted with an RFID wristband. Therefore, a family guardian must accompany the child upon entry.
• The entrance fee includes access to all activities; food and beverages, retail products, souvenirs, and photography services are not included in the entrance fee.
• Bringing flammable, explosive, sharp/piercing tools, chemicals, all types of weapons (even licensed ones), and alcohol into KidZania Istanbul is prohibited. The use of cigarettes and tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited.
• Drones (remote-controlled vehicles), roller skates, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, and similar wheeled vehicles are prohibited.
• Bringing pets to KidZania Istanbul is prohibited.
• Special rules apply to group visits, and the use of group wristbands is mandatory.
• The group leader is responsible for the children during group visits.
• Visitors are expected to refrain from behaviors that negatively impact the experience of other visitors.
• Lost items are kept for 30 days; after this period, they are donated.
• A park map can be used to examine the detailed layout of the park area.

Lost checks and kidZos cannot be replaced or refunded.
