Sales Policy

As Akasya Çocuk Dünyası A.Ş. (“Kidzania”), our goal is to ensure that you purchase your tickets as soon as possible and in the easiest way. We have designed our Sales Policy below to satisfy you as a customer and inform you about the purchasing process at https://istanbul.kidzania.com. This Sales Policy also forms part of our Terms of Use. We state that by purchasing tickets from our website, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the provisions of the Sales Policy, and in case you have a request or complaint contrary to the provisions of the sales policy, we recommend that you apply to the helpline at 0850 200 54 39 before purchasing any tickets.

Terms and Conditions for Tickets

  1. The person purchasing the ticket declares and undertakes that he/she has purchased the ticket exclusively for his/her personal use, without any commercial purpose, and that he/she will not use it for any commercial business or activity. For example, the purchased ticket cannot be sold to third parties in any way whatsoever; the ticket cannot be offered to be sold for an additional fee or otherwise; the purchased ticket cannot be used for promotional or other commercial purposes, including advertising, contests, and draws. Selling or attempting to sell the ticket at a price higher than the price printed on it constitutes a justifiable reason for the seizure and/or cancellation of the ticket, without entitlement to any refund or other claims.
  2. The maximum number of tickets per person for events is determined by Akasya Çocuk Dünyası A.Ş. The purpose of this procedure is to prevent unfair ticket purchases.
  3. Tickets are sold through various distribution points such as the internet and Kidzania sales points. Events can run out of tickets quickly as all sales channels access the same ticketing pool. In some cases, additional tickets may be offered for sale, and we state that we cannot give any guarantee in this context.
  4. Tickets purchased via the internet can be stored electronically and contain barcodes that may be valid within the Kidzania system, and you are responsible for controlling and keeping them.
  5. Kidzania may cancel events or change their dates for various reasons. Kidzania determines the procedure to be applied in such a case and notifies if your contact details are available. However, we cannot give any commitments and/or guarantees that ticket holders will be informed of any cancellation or change prior to the event date.
  6. As a rule, all ticket sales are final. Sold tickets cannot be changed, refunded, or printed again. Except for the cancellation of the event, the tickets sold are not canceled, changed, or refunded in any way after the sale process. However, in cases where it is not possible for the ticket holder to attend the event whose date has been changed, ticket holders may be refunded. Refund amounts are limited to the fee written on the purchased ticket and the relevant service fee per ticket, and it is not possible to request a transaction fee or any other fee. In order for us to refund the ticket amount for canceled and postponed events, you must personally apply to the Akasya Çocuk Dünyası Sales Points. You can find more information about canceled or changed events on our website.
  7. Entrances and exits to/from Kidzania are made in accordance with the rules and regulations determined by Akasya Çocuk Dünyası A.Ş. In general, if you go out after ticket control, you will not be able to enter Kidzania again. Akasya Çocuk Dünyası cannot give any guarantee for the admission of latecomers.
  8. Use of a camera, mobile phone, or recording equipment is subject to Kidzania's rules and regulations.
  9. Kidzania may prohibit the entry of food and beverages brought by customers from outside, into the venue.
  10. Kidzania does not take any responsibility for the personal belongings of the customers.

  12. All of these terms and conditions are subject to Turkish Law.

Consent for Information

I consent to the sending of all kinds of information regarding the campaigns organized within KidZania Istanbul and all kinds of promotions about KidZania Istanbul to me via informational text message and e-mail, which is considered as "Commercial Electronic Message" under the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce no. 6563, as per Article 6 of the said Law.

General Rules

The entrance fee covers access to all activity areas, excluding products from Food & Beverage Areas, paid services, Gift Shops, Bache and Friends' Club Use, and Photo Sales Point. Wristbands are attached to both the child visitor and the accompanying adult at the entrance from the airport, so an adult must accompany the child during the entrance. No refunds or date changes can be made for entrance tickets. KidZania Istanbul reserves the right to change working hours without prior notice. Visitors under the age of 7 can only enter KidZania Istanbul with an accompanying adult. Adults accompanying visitors under the age of 7 must stay in KidZania Istanbul until the visitor leaves KidZania Istanbul. Adults must have a visitor between the ages of 0-14 with them to enter KidZania Istanbul. Child visitors cannot leave KidZania Istanbul, even for a short time. Adults accompanying visitors can temporarily leave KidZania Istanbul if the child visitor is 7 years or older. During the exit process, adults must be in the exit area together with the child visitors they are accompanying. No renewals or refunds can be made in the event of the loss of checks and KidZos. Wristbands are specifically defined in the system for the people who wear them. They cannot be transferred to other visitors and cannot be removed from the wrist for security reasons. It is not allowed to enter KidZania Istanbul with food, drink, weapons, and pets. Distribution of unauthorized announcements, brochures, etc. in KidZania Istanbul is not allowed. Child visitors and accompanying adults should treat other visitors with respect and courtesy. Smoking and chewing gum are prohibited in KidZania Istanbul. Information about visitors with allergies must be shared with the authorities. Boarding passes are for single use only, multiple entries cannot be made with the same boarding pass. KidZania Istanbul is not responsible for lost and stolen items.

Activity Area Rules

Adults accompanying child visitors cannot stay in the activity area. Parents Lounge is for the use of adults, and children visitors and babies cannot stay in this area. Some activity areas may have different operating hours. In some activity areas, age, height, and weight restrictions can be applied for the safety of visitors. It is prohibited to take photos and videos for advertising purposes within the activity areas. KidZania Istanbul has the right to use the photography, video, and audio recordings made in the area, free of charge. Some activity areas may be temporarily closed for birthdays, party celebrations, or special events. Some sales and activity areas may be closed for use due to technical maintenance and renovation works without prior notice. Adults cannot queue in front of the activity areas on behalf of child visitors. In such a case, the supervisors have the right to warn the adult and not to allow the accompanied child visitor to the activity area if the adult insists on entering together. KidZos payment and collection amounts may differ depending on the activity areas.
