Definitions in the agreement

WEBSITE: Shall mean the website that can be accessed from the online environment, where various services and content are offered within the framework determined by Akasya Çocuk Dünyası A.Ş.

MEMBER: Shall mean any natural or legal person who wishes to use Akasya Çocuk Dünyası A.Ş. to purchase products, and whose membership has been approved by Akasya Çocuk Dünyası A.Ş. after filling out the membership form they have chosen. They shall be hereinafter referred to as the “MEMBER” in this agreement. Individuals over the age of 18 can become a member by filling out the relevant membership form on the WEBSITE with their real identity details. For the companies (private companies and partnerships) that want to become a MEMBER, general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited partnerships divided into shares, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, cooperatives companies, and other organizations, a legal official who has reached the age of 18 can become a MEMBER by filling out the relevant membership form on the WEBSITE with the corporate details of the organization and take action on behalf of their organizations. “Member name” is unique to the member, and the same “Member name” cannot be given to two different MEMBERS.

USER: Shall mean is the person who visits Akasya Çocuk Dünyası A.Ş. with or without shopping.

LINK: Shall mean a link that enables access to another website, files, content, or from another website to the WEBSITE, files and content through the WEBSITE.

CONTENT: Shall mean all kinds of visual, literary, and auditory images such as information, files, pictures, programs, figures, prices, etc. published or accessible on the WEBSITE and/or any website.

WEBSITE TERMS OF USE AND MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT: Shall mean this Agreement concluded electronically by and between the real and/or legal persons who will benefit from the commercial and personal services offered through the WEBSITE, and Akasya Çocuk Dünyası A.Ş.
