As KidZania, we care about the privacy and security of your personal data. Accordingly, we would like to inform you about how we process the personal data we obtain from our customers, suppliers, business partners, their employees and officials, and all other third parties while conducting our business relations, for what purposes we use them, and how we protect this information. All concepts and expressions used in this statement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”) and other legislation. The term “you” in this Statement refers to you personally. The term “personal data” is used to include sensitive personal data. The meanings of the terms and abbreviations in the Policy are included in the APPENDIX - Abbreviations section.

We would like to remind you that if you do not accept the Policy, you should not forward your personal data to us. If you choose not to provide us with your personal data, in some cases we will not be able to provide you with our services, respond to your requests, or ensure the full functionality of our services.

We would like to remind you that it is your responsibility to ensure that the personal data you transmit to our company is accurate, complete, and up-to-date to the best of your knowledge. In addition, if you share other people's data with us, it will be your responsibility to collect such data in accordance with local legal requirements. ABOUT KIDZANIA

Having started its story in Mexico City, the capital of Mexico, KidZania, the country of children, was established at the intersection of entertainment and education to make children experience their dream professions today. KidZania, which was opened in the Santa Fe region for the first time in 1999, operates in many regions of the world today. KidZania is the world's first country of children where children between the ages of 4 and 14 develop their artistic, physical, and social skills by participating in 65 activities, experience more than 100 professions of their choice, make their own decisions, act freely, use their creativity, make friends, and produce.

The terms "we" or the "Company" or "KidZania" in the Policy mean the Data Controller Akasya Çocuk Dünyası A.Ş. (“KidZania”), which is registered with Istanbul Trade Registry Office with registration number 863931, having its registered office at Çeçen Sokak Akasya Alışveriş Merkezi, Acıbadem/Istanbul, carries out the personal data processing activities and has a franchise relationship with KidZania S.A.P.I. de C.V (“KidZania Mexico”).

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PRINCIPLES

All personal data processed by our company is processed in accordance with the PDPL and relevant legislation. The basic principles that we pay attention to when processing your personal data in accordance with Article 4 of the PDPL are explained below:

• Processing in Compliance with Law and Integrity:Our company acts in accordance with the principles introduced by legal regulations and the general rule of trust and integrity for the processing of personal data. Accordingly, our Company takes into account the proportionality requirements in the processing of personal data and does not use personal data other than as required for the purpose.
