General Rules

• * Birthday party organizations are held with a minimum of 5 children. The birthday child is entitled to free admission. Each child attending the party is entitled to admission with 1 accompanying parent or guardian. To ensure that the organization is planned correctly, the total number of attendees, including the birthday child and 1 accompanying parent or guardian, must be stated completely when filling out the form.
• * To confirm the party reservation, 50% of the package price must be paid as an advance payment. The remaining balance, along with any catering and additional service fees, must be paid no later than 3 days before the organization date.
• * An additional fee will be charged for each child attending beyond the number of participants included in the package.
• * Birthday party admission remains open in the system until 30 minutes after the organization ends. Guests arriving within this period whose names have been provided in advance will be admitted, provided that space remains within the package capacity. Guests exceeding the package capacity or whose names have not been provided may enter by purchasing individual admission tickets.
• * Our visitors may participate in all activities in accordance with KidZania rules from the beginning until the end of the session. However, guests who remove their wristbands and leave the park during the session will not be permitted to re-enter.
• * The use of the party area varies between 40, 50 or 60 minutes, depending on the selected package. The party host service, food and beverage service, and mascot activities included in the package are provided only during this period.
• * In accordance with global park rules, bringing outside food, beverages or cakes into the organization is not permitted.
• * The cake preference, cake image, any catering preferences and the guest name list, including the ages of the children, must be submitted in writing no later than 5 days before the organization date.
• * As cake orders are considered custom-made products, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 3 business days in advance. For cancellations made after this deadline, the full cake price will be charged.
• * Any food, beverages, refreshments or other additional requests added on the day of the party will be charged separately and collected at the end of the organization.
• * If our guests have any special dietary requirements or allergen-related conditions, please provide the relevant information in the “Important Information Note” section of the reservation form.
• * In the event of cancellation, a deduction of 5% of the total amount will apply to cancellations made up to 7 days before the event date, while a deduction of 30% of the total amount will apply to cancellations made 2 days before the event date.
