General Rules

• * Please inform us of your cake preference, cake visual, and if applicable, your refreshment preferences and guest list (with children's age information) in writing 5 days before the birthday.
• * Cake orders are special requests and in case of cancellation, request must be notified at least 3 business days in advance. Otherwise, the full amount will be charged.
• * In case of cancellation 7 days before the birthday party date, 5% of the price will be deducted, and in case of cancellation 2 days before, 30% will be deducted.
• * Party pricing is charged separately for adults and children.
• * In order for the party reservation to be finalized, 50% of the package amount will be made as a down payment. The remaining payment and refreshment payments, if any will be made 3 days before the party date. Payments for possible extra participants outside the package will be made on the same day as the end of the birthday.
• * Birthday parties are held with a minimum of 8 participants (including both children and adults). When the number of participants reaches 10, the birthday child and one accompanying parent receive free admission. Please make sure to indicate the total number of attendees (including the birthday child and one parent) when filling out the form. This information is important for proper event planning.
• * Each guest outside the package number will be charged extra.
• * Our visitors can benefit from all activities within the framework of KidZania rules from the beginning of the session to the end.
• * The party area rental period varies as 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes depending on the package you choose. The playmate, food and beverage service, and mascot services included in the package are only offered during the party.
• * Food, treats and extras added on the party day are calculated separately and the full payment is collected at the end of the party.
• * Food, beverages and cake cannot be brought from outside due to global park rules for the party organization.
• * We kindly request that allergenic situations be added to the "Important Information Note" section.
• * Guests who remove their wristbands and leave the park during the session cannot re-enter the park area.
• * Birthday entrance is closed in our system 30 minutes after the party ends. Guests arriving after this period are taken directly if their names are provided and the package quota is not full yet. However, guests who do not have a name and who exceed the package quota can happily enter KidZania individually by purchasing a ticket, since the birthday party period is over.
